I collect smart QR-Codes, therefore you don’t see them that often at TECH SENSE. Finally the Korean Emart came up with something smart. This one can only be scanned between noon and 1 pm each day. Consumers who where scanning them were given discounts at the store during those quiet shopping hours. #smart.
